Administrators see all courses. Teachers see only courses they teach. Reports do not change grades.

Phase 4 · Homework follow-up queue

Overdue unsubmitted work and submissions received after the deadline. Only assignments owned by the signed-in teacher (or an administrator) are returned by the server. Viewing or exporting does not notify families.

Phase 4 · Student intervention overview

Groups gradebook concerns by student and course using the already authorized assessment report. Ungraded scores are counted separately and are not treated as zero. These are follow-up indicators, not official final grades.

Custom session attendance export

Office administrators only. Choose a date range and download recorded session marks with minutes late and notes. This is not an official state attendance report. Unrecorded sessions must not be treated as Present.

Phase 5 · Family Email Notification Center

Administrator only. Google Workspace sender: adminoffice@tlhschools.org. Sending is disabled until authorization, recipients, and testing are complete. This page never contains Google credentials.

All recipient email addresses must be reviewed and enabled by school administration. Sending is activated only after Google Workspace delegation and Edge Function scheduling are verified.

Notification delivery status

Phase 4 follow-up lists are available, but automatic teacher and parent notifications are not switched on. Email/SMS requires a verified delivery provider, consent/preferences, secure recipient links, and deduplication. No messages are sent by this page.

Reliability notes

Missing and Incomplete marks are not automatically zero. Use Gradelink for official attendance and state reporting until reconciled. Parent email alerts and automatic late submission emails are not yet enabled.
